Popular television programs are paranaromal research. One is Ghost Hunters, led by the Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS.) The other is Paranormal State, which was run by the Paranormal Research Society (PRS) Pennsylvania. These two groups and shows the involvement of a major common : They are dedicated to helping families and facilities that are being pursued, and to bring peace to them in their investigations. However, there are some differences among the few. 1. Mentality. TAPS Ghost Hunters and take the proceeds as to be always trying to discredit the things that customers demand as evidence. They have no noise and views at face value, always trying to recreate situations where things can appear paranormal. Jason and Grant training with Roto Rooter as plumbers comes in handy, especially plumbing and pipe sounds. As Paranormal State and the PRS, which tend to more readily accept as proof images and sounds. However, it is my opinion that his evidence seems to be more substantial.2. Client interviews. It seems like PRS and Paranormal State seems sure they are really in-depth interviews with clients, and is usually with someone in a home or facility, and talk to them more than once, sometimes, to achieve full story. TAPS Ghost Hunters and only carries out an interview at the beginning of a case, and it seems that all interested in getting the whole story, true sometimes.3. client participation. Only once or twice, I've seen Ghost Hunters allows a client to stay with them in any part of a case. However, Paranormal State, client participation is encouraged in order to convene the agencies that might be unsettling homes or facilities. I think this is a good idea, because some institutions may only come around certain people.4. The use of specialists. In almost every episode, if not all I've seen Paranormal State, PRS has a specialist, as a medium, or Demonologist, to help evaluate the case. Call me crazy, but these specialists are good, especially Chip Coffey. I've seen Ghost Hunters bring specialists ever so often, and usually all I've been good for additional sets of eyes and ears. 5. Customer support. In cases where homes are haunted facilities, customers can be very emotional and I think it is very important in how researchers handle that. I feel like ERP researchers, especially Ryan Buell himself, more than emotional support from customers when they have reactions. I think they are particularly sensitive and supportive when it comes to apparitions of deceased relatives members.6. Research. I do not know if it's just me, but it appears that TAPS uses to do more research on housing, facilities and areas today. ERP puts greater emphasis on research on the history of places, which has been of great help in their cases. In fact, it has helped solve many case.7. Fame vs goodwill. Sad to say, but as much as I love Ghost Hunters and TAPS, I think they are less than helping clients and information about his fame and fortune. Stopped going to the homes as many as before, and seem more concerned about booking major concerts. I do not think that big companies or abandoned lighthouses need all the help that families are being personally targeted. Paranormal State and the PRS, which is on TV, and really seems interested in helping those who really want answers as they are targeted. These are all the differences that I think put on great importance. There continue to watch and support Ghost Hunters, but at this point, I think I'm leaning more towards Paranormal State in terms of testing and sympathy. I look forward to seeing both companies grow and succeed, on and off camera.
